What are your standard print sizes?

Print sizes can vary depending on the garment style and design, but our maximum print area is 15” × 18”. If you’re looking for oversized or specialty placements, our team can help you explore the best options for your project.

Are there any setup fees?

For most new screen printing projects, a one-time setup fee may apply to prepare your artwork for production. DTF and sublimation orders typically do not require setup fees.

Some custom applications — like embroidery or patches — may include a small digitizing or setup charge depending on the design complexity. We’ll always walk you through any costs upfront before production begins.

Can I provide my own apparel?

Yes — we’re happy to work with customer-supplied garments. While we can guarantee the quality of our decoration, we cannot guarantee garments sourced outside of Wegu.

That said, we often receive preferred wholesale pricing from our suppliers, and garments ordered directly through us are fully backed by our quality guarantee for both the apparel and decoration.

What products can you customize?

We customize a wide range of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, jackets, tote bags, and uniforms. If you have a unique idea in mind, chances are we can help bring it to life.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary depending on the decoration method and product type. Most screen printing orders begin at 12 pieces, while embroidery, DTF, and promotional products may have different requirements.

What’s your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Need something sooner? Rush production may be available depending on your timeline and order size.

Yes — we ship across the United States and also offer local pickup for customers in our area.
